Tito del Rio, better known as El Huracán, is a famous Mexican-American arm wrestler who has made thousands on bouts all throughout the Southwest. Thick, barrel-chested but mild in demeanor, del Rio leaves a swath of sore arms and empty wallets wherever he goes. He knows very little English, so relies on his posse to do most of the talking for him and to handle his money.

His posse includes André Almas, Eddie Santana, and Paco Chavez.
