Agents Doppler

The Dopplers (Lucile and Lionel) are Grade 3 Agents currently stationed out of Denver. Their primary duty is observing and coordinating Black River Rail related operations. The two are twins, displaying a strong bond towards one another, but with a highly morbid sense of humor, often joking of killing one another. Since they are always stationed and operate together, they are almost always spoken of as one entity in Agency documentation: "Agents Doppler".
