Tito del Rio, better known as El Huracán, is a famous Mexican-American arm wrestler who has made thousands on bouts all throughout the Southwest. Thick, barrel-chested but mild in demeanor, del Rio leaves a swath of sore arms and empty wallets wherever he goes. He knows very little English, so relies on his posse to do most of the talking for him and to handle his money.
His posse includes André Almas, Eddie Santana, and Paco Chavez.
Recent Happenings
During an arm wrestling match at the Jumping Jack Saloon, a former associate named Alberto Gonzalez betrayed El Huracán, attempted to steal his money and stabbed him, but was apprehended by Brimstone deputies Jackson Tanning and Dell Gunnerton before he could escape. El Huracán was given medical attention by Doctor Bishop and has recovered from his wounds.
More recently, El Huracán was temporarily deputized to help keep the peace while Remy Rodgers' Rootin' Tootin' Rodeo was in town.
