The St. James is the largest and most expensive hotel and saloon in Cimarron, NM, with 43 rooms available for rent for $4 per night. There are bullet holes in the ceiling of the dining room from previous visitors who had gotten into gunfights. The staff will brightly tell anyone who asks that Clay Allison, Jesse James and Buffalo Bill Cody had all made their mark here.
