"The Devil Possessed Me to Do It" - An Epitaph Article By Ethan Kozlowski

In recent times a new dilemma has arisen alongside the other unforeseen issues that came with New Science spurring this country into a technological revolution. As useful as the miracles of Ghost Rock have proven themselves in regards to quality of life, defense, and transit, the applications for wrongdoing are numerous in theory. Worst of all is the prospect of mind-altering devices and tonics. The theory of mind control has already been proven to be more then just theory.

With this new danger on the horizon. How does one judge a case of Mind Control? Should a malicious individual use such a method to carry out a crime, how do we judge the subject of said control? A legal precedent has not been set for such occurrences, yet incidents have still occurred. In the quiet town of Brimstone, a boomtown in New Mexico territory, one such individual may be facing serious legal ramifications for a crime his body committed, but his mind and soul could never, and would never.

It is my belief that in future, cases such as this may very well become more prevalent. And with the military application of New Science, when will the issue of fighting your own brothers plague the minds of brave soldiers?
