Capt. Leighton is a large, red-faced man with a handlebar mustache and gray streaked hair. British, friendly and gregarious. Seems to enjoy adventure and “the joy of the hunt.” Welcoming to new Society members and loves to regale people with war and hunting stories. He can be a bit bombastic and doesn’t like to get caught up in the “particulars” of things. | |||

Capt. August Leighton, a British expatriate, big game hunter, former officer in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces and veteran of the Anglo-Zulu War, is the head of the Explorer's Society, Brimstone Chapter.
Capt. Leighton is a large, red-faced man with a handlebar mustache and gray streaked hair. British, friendly and gregarious. Seems to enjoy adventure and “the joy of the hunt.” Welcoming to new Society members and loves to regale people with war and hunting stories.
