Mama Flores' Cocina

A small restaurant in the south part of town where many Mexican immigrants live, serving traditional Mexican dishes and also street food at a stand nearby. "Mama" Rosa Flores herself is actually quite a young lady in her early 20s who can always be seen in the kitchen and dining room with a wide smile on her face, taking care of the guests. Making sure that everything is made correctly is Rosa's grandmother Josefina, a wizened and milky-eyed old woman who everyone would swear is mute, but can intimidate the cooks and other staff with her steely gaze.
