Vance Rogers

Vance is the third son of Henry and Louisa Rogers of Harrisburg PA. Henry worked for a group of local criminals as a safecracker and occasionally muscle. Eventually Vance followed his father into the family business but as an enforcer because he no aptitude for safecracking or the other more nuanced roles.

When his parents passed away in a train accident he took the money the train company paid as a settlement and moved to St Louis MO. He quickly found jobs as a gunman or bodyguard. Always moving higher in the ranks of the various criminal enterprises.

While he worked for these powerful man he watched and listened. He saved his money instead of throwing it away on women and drink. He invested his savings in companies his bosses did. Soon his nest egg was quite substantial, the wars were over and the ghost Rock boom had begun in earnest. He decided to retire from the gunman life and become a legitimate businessman as far away from St Louis and his past as possible.

Brimstone looked like a good opportunity.
