Jasmine Belmont comes from the Belmont family, when she was but a girl her father brought out a dying business that then turned into a gold mine for the family. 

She was groomed, pampered and raised with a gold and diamond spoon in her mouth(Rich and Filthy Rich). She was always drawn to games of chance and when she saw two men playing cards and one shot the other a spark was lit in her(Delusional, Ever since then she only bet on high stake games, one day she won a game of cards against a huckster and took his book of Hoyle's(Huckster) due to the huge debt she forced on him(Arrogant, Habit, Impulsive. 

Thanks to how she was raised she is very petite and after buying and selling her father's whole company to a rival she earned his ire (Thin Skinned and Small. Don't underestimate her size sure she may be 5'0 she's a demon under those blonde locks. She arrives in Brimstone looking to stir up a little "fun".
